My Story

Élan is a weaver of sisterhood, maven of wine and lover of life!

She is the creator of Luminous Retreats, expansive and unifying women's retreats in the Napa Valley. Additionally, she is the owner of Azur Wines, one of Napa Valley's premier wine producers of small production, quality wines, garnering Rosé of the Year award from Vogue Magazine; and runs her consulting business, Elan Fayard Consulting, a direct-to-consumer winery advisor. She is the proud mother of three children and lives in Napa, California.

In pain there is great opportunity for growth. It is in darkness that we are able to see light. This became very clear to me in experiencing a divorce. It was the most painful experience of my life and the most liberating. In gratitude, during this time, I had a clear vision to elevate women through sisterhood retreats. The land here in Napa Valley is sacred and called for the raising of a tipi in this historic and abundantly lush and bucolic sacred space. It is my life’s purpose to gather women that are on this beautiful journey of self-discovery, healing, trailblazing and contributing to this beautiful life in such dynamic and spacious ways.

What an incredible time to be a woman! Ladies, sisters, fellow wanderers, we are in a time where being a woman has profound meaning and carries great impact.
